Maintenance Supervisor - Distribution Center

Position Overview

SHIFT:
Saturday‑Monday 5:00pm‑5:00am. As the overseer of maintenance and repair operations, you will lead a team of mechanics to ensure the seamless functionality of equipment vital to our distribution center. You will diagnose and repair equipment, establish preventive maintenance programs, minimize downtime, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with waste disposal regulations. You will also navigate motor controls, conveyors, and MHE repairs and implement data‑driven solutions.

• Lead a team of mechanics and guide them through daily tasks.
• Oversee equipment repair and maintenance, assigning work orders and ensuring safety and production duties are prioritized.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Create efficient methods and procedures, troubleshoot operational problems, and communicate solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the building, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise the facility’s waste disposal program to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with DC leaders and tour facilities regularly to ensure they are well‑maintained.

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Experience with conveyors, motor controls, and MHE repairs.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data and develop solutions.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering‑related programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Manual lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Standing and walking for 12‑hour shifts.
• Working weekends.

Salary: $85,000‑$95,000 per year. Full‑time associates are eligible for paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, life and disability insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverage (including prescription), and an associate discount.
