Tuesdays to Fridays 4:00pm - 2:00am
Responsibilities- Lead a team of mechanics, guiding them through the day's tasks.
- Oversee equipment repair and maintenance.
- Assign work orders, making sure safety and production-related tasks come first.
- Jump in to help with diagnoses and repairs when needed.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the preventive maintenance schedule is followed religiously.
- Create efficient methods and procedures for departmental activities.
- Troubleshoot operational problems and communicate expertise to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building, grounds, and equipment.
- Supervise the facility's waste disposal program, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with distribution center leaders to meet maintenance needs and tour facilities regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of trade school preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures is essential.
- Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs or more.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
