Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities- Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment
- Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
- Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
- Maintain clean work area
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
- Fill in during staff shortage
- Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems, and the environment
Customer Service Representative
QualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have the knowledge, skills, and abilities represented below.
Preferred experience:
3–6 months of training or experience in janitorial duties.
Education and/or
Experience:
No specific education requirement; preferred training or experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license may be required; safety and task training certification completed; forklift certification may be required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands & Work Environment- The physical demands include frequent sitting, talking, listening, and lifting or moving up to 35 pounds.
- The work environment includes conditions encountered while performing the essential functions of this job (details as per company policy).
Monday‑Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
$17.00‑$18.00 per hour
