Perform general facilities maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the building remains safe, functional, and well-presented;
Assist with adjusting and maintaining building water systems, including tasks such as turning up water pressure and addressing related issues;
Repair and maintain fixtures and equipment, including items such as water fountains and other facility appliances;
Support basic electrical and plumbing repairs under appropriate guidance and within skill level;
Inspect facility areas regularly, identify maintenance needs, and report or address issues promptly
