Pay & ShiftPay: $18/hr during probation period and $26/hr upon conversion.
Shift: 5:30pm - 2:00am, Sunday through Thursday.
Job DescriptionThis role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and well‑organized office facilities through thorough daily cleaning and responsible use of cleaning equipment. You will work an evening to late‑night schedule, ensuring that office spaces are ready for use the following day while following established safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in assigned areas.
- Safely operate motorized cleaning equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and cleaning procedures.
- Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep work areas organized, stocked, and well‑maintained.
- Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors.
- Communicate professionally with leads, coworkers, managers, and customers.
- Support shift leadership during staffing shortages and complete punch‑list items.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold customer service expectations.
- Utilize reporting systems accurately and follow environmental protocols.
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel throughout a 10‑hour shift.
- Basic English reading and speaking abilities.
- Reliable transportation—no public transit available at 2AM.
- Ability to present two forms of identification.
