PC Hanger​/Helper -Shift I Mon-Thurs

BASX, located in Redmond, OR, is an industry leader in HVAC solutions and a part of AAON, dedicated to designing and manufacturing custom heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for critical environments.

• Works in all activities of the paint department
• Support delivery schedules while maximizing productivity
• Set‑up equipment: prepare powder, fire oven, adjust equipment settings for quality, etc.
• Primary forklift driver for the department
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Exhibits good decision making and analytical problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrates strong multi‑tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Works effectively in a fast‑paced high‑pressure environment.

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
