Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Redmond, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $26–$30 per hour (DOE)
Bonus: $500 retention bonus after 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some evenings/weekends as needed)
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of community facilities and amenities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a safe and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
- Assist with pool maintenance and facility upkeep (CPO preferred).
- Perform general repairs (carpentry, painting, drywall, janitorial).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operational.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
- Building maintenance/janitorial experience required.
- CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and professional.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and manual labor.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions, equipment, and chemicals.

Selected candidate(s) are subject to background and drug screening.
All Maintenance personnel are required a general physical ensuring the healthy ability to lift 50 lbs. This is arranged by our offices at no out-of-pocket cost.
