Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer the company's maintenance and life safety programs including purchasing, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, hotel security and life safety and supervision of the maintenance department;
Supervise external contractors who may be employed by the hotel to carry out maintenance work;
Log and follow up on maintenance requests and communicate with the Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager regarding building conditions;
Adhere to all company rules, procedures and policies
