Role Description The Lead Natural Cleaning Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This position is responsible for leading and performing high-quality green cleaning services in residential settings, using only approved non-toxic products and methods. Daily tasks include organizing cleaning supplies, completing detailed home and office cleaning, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met. The role involves guiding and supporting team members on-site, modeling efficient, eco-conscious cleaning practices, and communicating professionally with clients about services and expectations.

The Lead Natural Cleaning Specialist also helps identify areas for process improvement and supports the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and living-wage employment.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion, with adherence to safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksites in and around Sussex County, DE.
• Previous professional cleaning or facilities experience preferred; leadership experience in a service role is a plus.
