As a Housekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community. You’ll ensure common areas, amenities, and apartment homes meet company cleanliness standards while supporting overall property presentation and resident satisfaction.
This role is detail-oriented and fast-paced, requiring consistency, efficiency, and pride in your work.
Key Responsibilities- Common Area Cleaning & Presentation
- Clean offices, clubrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces daily
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard surface flooring
- Dust, wipe, and maintain furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and high-touch areas
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste areas
- Model & Show Unit Maintenance
- Maintain model and show units in a clean, fresh, and guest-ready condition
- Perform daily touch-up cleaning to ensure presentation standards
- Laundry Room & Facility Upkeep
- Clean laundry rooms, including machines, floors, and surrounding areas
- Remove lint and debris to support safety and efficiency
- Maintain overall cleanliness of shared facil
- Clean vacant units and prepare them for new residents
- Complete final cleaning prior to move-ins
- Ensure units meet company move-in standards
- Inventory & Supplies
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
- Use cleaning products safely and efficiently
- Resident Experience
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents and prospects
- Support a clean, welcoming, and positive community environment
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Maintains high cleanliness standards across all assigned areas
- Completes make-ready units on time to support leasing and occupancy goals
- Consistently delivers quality, detail-oriented cleaning
- Keeps common areas, amenities, and units guest-ready
- Supports a positive resident experience through property presentation
- Follows safety procedures and properly handles cleaning materials
