Heavy Duty Cleaner - Grave Yard

Overview

We are currently seeking a Heavy Duty Cleaner to clean all back‑of‑house areas and equipment in the food department and maintain sanitation levels in accordance with health regulations.

• Clean and break down kitchen equipment (stoves, hoods, floors)
• Empty trash in all kitchens; replace ice in salad bars
• Clean drains, walls, and counters
• Perform other duties as assigned

While performing duties, the employee may be required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

• Minimum age 18
