Porter Hybrid

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter Hybrid to support the daily operations, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our residential property. This role combines hands‑on porter duties while assisting with our day to day maintenance work orders. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑service focused, and comfortable handling both physical tasks and basic office functions.

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including common areas, walkways, parking lots, and amenities.
• Perform routine inspections of the property and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with trash removal from vacant units.
• Support maintenance team with basic tasks (light repairs, unit turns, painting, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with work orders and maintenance requests.
• Provide general office support to property management staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in property management, janitorial, porter, or maintenance roles is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and shift between physical and administrative duties.
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
