Warehouse Associate – La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, Reno, NV

• Prepare and unbox the product to La-Z-Boy specifications; review product against paperwork to check for order completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of furniture and accessories on and off trucks, including operating power equipment on occasion and occasionally moving up to 350 pounds on a two‑wheel dolly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse; perform product prep, reuse or recycling of revenue commodities, 5S responsibilities, attend required training and committee participation.
• Scan furniture when receiving, moving or loading into the computer system; receive returned furniture from delivery trucks and place in correct locations; ensure that all product to be sent back to vendor is properly packaged and paperwork attached.
• Receive freight and stock freight.
• Pull and prepare furniture for delivery company.

• 0-2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions.

• OSHA certification.

Base compensation: $16.50 per hour. Pay range: $14.24 – $21.52 per hour.

40 hours per week.
