This position has up to a $1,000 hiring bonus.
Duties- Maintain, service, and repair all models of commercial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, ironers, boilers, extractors, presses, and stackers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues and rebuild pumps, valves, and regulators as needed.
- Must understand and adhere to all safety procedures.
- Read and interpret technical operation and repair manuals.
- Establish an effective preventive maintenance schedule for all laundry equipment.
- Establish an organized laundry inventory system for purchasing all parts and materials.
- Provide technical training to the laundry team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in laundry maintenance or a similar operation with leadership duties.
- Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time; able to bend, stretch, reach, and stoop on a consistent basis.
