Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position Overview

We are currently looking to fill a Porter – Groundskeeper position for Basecamp at RED, our property located in Reno, NV.

• Janitorial services
• Groundskeeping
• Customer service
• Housekeeping
• Waste management
• Chemical safety
• Snow removal
• Equipment maintenance

• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property, including common areas and trash removal.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
• Prepare interior and exterior areas, cleaning light fixtures, windows, equipment, laundry rooms, and storage areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in working order.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and complete work records accurately.
• Safely store chemicals, cleaning products, and hazardous materials.
• Maintain supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or an alternative means of transportation to reach off‑site locations.
• Experience with off‑site meetings, visits to other company locations, and purchase of goods from off‑site vendors is required.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug screening required.
• Preferred experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, or related field.
