Maintenance Worker – Sierra Sage Treatment Center

$19.00 per hour.

The Maintenance Worker performs work orders such as general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, sheetrock, adjusting locks and hardware, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, re‑lighting, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, grounds maintenance, etc. Maintains the vehicle fleet and completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• High school diploma.
• Prior building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week on a designated schedule with the possibility of a varied schedule and overtime.
