MG Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Oak Manor & Angel Street Apartments in Reno, NV. The role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple trades, strong customer service, and the ability to supervise technicians on site.
You will manage service requests, ensure safety and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to cover emergencies 24/7. A valid driver’s license and proven reliability are essential.
