Asset Living is seeking a Painter to support maintenance across our communities. The Painter will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision and help with make-ready processes to meet property objectives.
The role requires regular on-site attendance, teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and adherence to safety standards and policies. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
