The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for detailing surfaces throughout the property.
Duties- Maintain the glass, office windows, lighted signs, door, ceiling tiles, and tambour.
- Vacuum vents.
- Set up and break down scaffold.
- Clean and dispose of biohazards on property.
- Use of all cleaning chemicals within the department.
- Immediately report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
- Prior cleaning experience preferred.
- Must be able to use and operate Scaffolds, Ladders, Sky Jack, and Boom lifts.
- Able to communicate, read and write in English.
