Maintain cleanliness of bars including removing all trash, sweeping and mopping floors, removing mats, and cleaning and removing any sticky products;
Deep clean bars weekly including wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, removing glass mats, cleaning all sticky surfaces, emptying cabinets wiping down insides, and returning products;
Maintain clean floors by sweeping and mopping floors with clean hot bleach water;
Clean out drains and pour bleach to maintain clean drains;
Report to Food & Beverage Supervisor on duty for daily assignments
