MG Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for Oak Manor & Angel Street Apartments in Reno, NV. Join our team to oversee maintenance, appliance repairs, turnovers and safety compliance across a 200-unit community.
You will supervise maintenance staff, respond to resident service requests within 24 hours, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure a safe, well‑kept property while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork with the on‑site team.
