Mars is seeking an Area Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to own the PM systems for their production area and drive elimination of maintenance losses. You will build operating team capability and lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and downtime reduction across multiple lines.
Ideal candidates will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and proven training abilities. SAP/MS Office proficiency and experience with CI environments are preferred.
