The Housekeeper provides operational support to ensure the facility is safe, clean and in good repair. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Following all procedures for cleaning areas in the RTC and Outpatient facility. Ensuring chemicals are contained as required by policy. Utilizing the appropriate equipment when cleaning in the facility. Vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning services as required by procedures. Ensuring chemicals are mixed in accordance to required compositions. Refilling all paper products as needed. Reporting unsafe or broken equipment to Plant Staff for repairs.

Understanding "Lock Out" procedures. Retrieving soiled laundry from the units. Ensuring clean linens are available for use at all times. Following all OSHA Standards on handling laundry.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years of related experience. Experience working in a health care environment a plus. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.
