Visit customers in an assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca‑Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca‑Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through an assigned dispatcher but can be technician‑generated proactively. Works under limited supervision.

Shifts will either be Tues – Sat, or Sun – Thurs. Hours will be 9:30 am – 6:00 pm or 10:30 am – 7:00 pm. Candidates must have the ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned. Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour DOE. Job Level: 3.
- Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and perform required repairs.
- Travel to and from customer locations in the assigned area.
- Interact effectively and appropriately with customers, management, and associates.
- After completing a service call, clean and sanitize equipment and the work area.
- Use a handheld device to document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) used for each activity.
- Check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) correctly.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory (approximately $30‑$35 K value), a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
- Attend meetings and special projects or events as assigned.
- Assist other associates and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma (or GED) required.
- Must complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within one year of hire.
- 2–4 years experience diagnosing & repairing consumer or commercial appliances required.
- 1–2 years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad device.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license; possible CDL requirement in some locations.
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with others.
Base pay range is $33.00 to $36.00 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, and knowledge, skills, & abilities.
