Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are seeking a hands‑on Assistant Maintenance Manager to support property maintenance operations and lead a team.
Responsibilities- Perform and oversee general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, repairs).
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality work.
- Respond to service requests and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Previous maintenance experience in residential or property settings.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Major medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and any statutory sick pay where required.
