This role involves performing routine janitorial services, carpet cleaning, preventative maintenance, and handling minor building repairs.
The ideal candidate should have janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience, a proactive attitude, and be able to operate cleaning equipment. Some evening and weekend work may be required for special projects.
