Schwartz Brothers Restaurants seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support our Seattle-area restaurants and bakery facilities. You will lead a small team, prioritize work orders, and ensure all kitchen, bakery, and building systems run safely and reliably. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, coordinating vendors, and supporting remodels or new equipment installs. You'll partner closely with operations leaders to minimize downtime and protect the guest experience in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.
