Perform maintenance as assigned, including written and verbal communication with residents and follow up with engineering supervisor on status of work;
Perform grounds-keeping duties such as trash/debris removal, sweeping of walkways and drives, replacing/repairing walkway pavers, repair/maintenance of irrigation system;
General maintenance duties required for the upkeep of the facility and its support systems including preventive maintenance procedures;
Respond to facility emergency codes or procedures that apply to Engineering;
Maintain confidentiality and safety practices and contribute to a safe, caring environment for residents and staff
