Perform maintenance as assigned, including written and verbal communication with residents and follow up with engineering supervisor on status of work;
Grounds-keeping duties as assigned such as trash/debris removal, sweeping of walkways and drives, replacing/repairing walkway pavers, repair/maintenance of irrigation system, repair, re-line, roll and general upkeep of grounds;
General maintenance duties required for the effective upkeep of the complete facility and its support systems to include performing and recording of preventive maintenance procedures for all assigned equipment as outlined in the preventive maintenance program manual.;
On-call for emergencies such as inclement weather, fire, leaks, etc.;
Perform other related duties as required or directed
