Your RoleThe Senior Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification and repair activities in assigned maintenance operations areas which may include buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems and plumbing in any of the distribution centers; and performs related work as required.

- Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments.
- Performs skilled maintenance activities including performing material handling and automated equipment troubleshooting and repair; electrical system and substation service, plumbing, drywall and painting; office furniture moves and setups.
- Maintains building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used.
- Document all work order activities to comply with CMMS requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
- Organizes, schedules, assigns and manages daily activities, productivity/accountability of Facilities Associates and work orders as assigned.
- Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures/policies and ensure compliance with all company policies, building codes and safety initiatives as assigned.
- Oversee internal/external projects including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface.
- Punchlist all assigned projects and tasks to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
- Participate in and monitor all Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inventory Management as assigned.

Monday thru Thursday 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM
