Victoria’s Secret Maintenance team supports material handling, mobile equipment, HVAC, and building maintenance across more than three million square feet of distribution space at four locations in Central Ohio. The team evaluates and upgrades conveyors, sortation systems, and other equipment to maintain a 24/7 productive operation. The Senior Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities in assigned areas including buildings, material handling, offices, lighting, electrical systems, and plumbing. Tasks may vary with individual assignments and include troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated equipment and facility systems.

• Duties are illustrative and not inclusive; may vary with individual assignments.
• Perform skilled maintenance activities including troubleshooting and repair of material handling and automated equipment; electrical system and substation service, plumbing, drywall and painting; office furniture moves and setups.
• Maintain building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete work orders for work performed, including parts and inventory used.
• Document all work order activities to comply with CMMS requirements.
• Organize, schedule, assign and manage daily activities, productivity/accountability of Facilities Associates and work orders as assigned.
• Follow lockout‑tag‑out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures/policies, ensuring compliance with company policies, building codes and safety initiatives.
• Oversee internal/external projects, including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface.
• Punchlist all assigned projects and tasks to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications.
• Participate in and monitor all Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inventory Management as assigned.

• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance.
• Proven proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Welding skill preferred, but not required.
• Technical school or training desired.
• Computer literacy required.
