Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

• Keep coffee brewed and fully stocked throughout the day. Monitor, unpack, and restock breakroom supplies (forks, napkins, cups, snacks, paper towels, and cleaning items).

• Empty office and breakroom trash and recycling bins daily. Perform routine light cleaning, including wiping down breakroom counters, cleaning interior windows/glass doors, and spot-cleaning shared surfaces.

• Safely operate a vehicle for occasional errands, such as picking up or dropping off team members, running local supply trips, or handling quick drop-offs.

• Strong team-first mindset with a flexible, "can-do" attitude - willing to jump in and tackle any necessary operational tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage routine daily tasks independently.
• Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude toward colleagues and guests.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed.
