Luxury Residential Cleaning Specialist ​/ Housekeeper

Easy Clean is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and discreet Cleaner to join our team, specializing in the care and upkeep of luxury residential properties. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, deep respect for client privacy, and the ability to maintain high-end interiors. You will be responsible for delivering pristine cleaning services, protecting delicate surfaces, and ensuring every home reflects the highest standard of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough, high-standard cleaning of luxury residences (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas).
• Safely clean and maintain high-end surfaces (marble, hardwood, stainless steel, glass, and specialty finishes) using appropriate products and techniques.
• Handle fine furnishings, delicate fixtures, and home decor with exceptional care.
• Maintain organizational standards in closets, pantries, and designated storage spaces.
• Follow customized cleaning checklists and specific instructions for each property.
• Work discreetly and respectfully in private homes, maintaining strict client confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with team leaders and management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in high-end residential cleaning, luxury housekeeping, or hospitality required.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and care for delicate/luxury surfaces.
• Outstanding attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation required.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
