Position: MAINTENANCE PERSON

The Role As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

What You Will Be Doing Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas

Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

Maintain tools, storage areas, and work spaces in a clean and organized condition

Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties

Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
