We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a property in Richardson, TX.

Oversee daily maintenance operations including: cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; performing appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers; responding to emergency calls; managing maintenance crew; scheduling work; and ensuring all tasks are completed in compliance with local regulations.

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200‑unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) required.
• Customer‑service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work on‑call rotation.
