We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a property in Richardson, TX.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Responsibilities include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; apartment turnovers; taking emergency calls; and more.

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare apartments for turnover.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Handle other maintenance duties as needed.

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) a must.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Availability to work on‑call rotation.
