Our Communications Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of TDM and ETH circuits.

• Conduct fault isolation and resolution
• Interact directly with customers and support organizations/vendors that provide technical assistance and resolution
• Provide primary technical support for Ethernet-based products and services
• Use network tools, test equipment, and systems to support troubleshooting activities

• Technical Mechanical Test-III (TMT III)
• Technical Knowledge Test - II (TKT II)

Our COMMUNICATION TECHNICIAN earns between $8.20 - $53.58 Hourly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $17,056 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
