Position: Operating Engineer 3 (5-7 years)
Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking an  
** Operating Engineer 3
** to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 3, you will be part of the facilities operations team supporting building maintenance and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have

** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

** Assignment Duration:
** July 27, 2026 - October 10, 2026

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, generators, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and other building mechanical equipment.

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure facility equipment remains in optimal operating condition.

+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.

+ Collaborate with facility, maintenance, and operations teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable building operations.

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-7 years of experience as an Operating Engineer, Building Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or related role.

+ Strong HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

+ Knowledge of generators, ATS systems, and commercial building equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.

+ Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment while following established safety procedures.
