Join the Troop at Gorilla Property Services!If you’re ready to work outdoors, use cool equipment, make properties shine and customers smile then Gorilla Property Services may be the right place for you. We are looking for an energetic, detail-loving technician to help us clean, wash, scrub, and brighten the exterior of homes and businesses across Northeast Dallas and Richardson.
We handle everything from window and gutter cleaning to pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, graffiti removal, dryer vent cleaning, holiday light installs and more. If you like variety, this job delivers it daily.
What You’ll Do- Make properties look amazing with our full lineup of exterior cleaning services
- Use pressure washers, ladders, water-fed poles, and other pro-grade gear
- Work safely on ladders and rooftops (20–40 ft)
- Handle cleaning solutions and follow safety protocols
- Chat with customers and represent the Gorilla brand with pride
- Spot opportunities for extra services (hello, commissions!)
- Bring the energy and have fun while you work
- Experience in exterior cleaning or janitorial work is a big plus
- Comfortable using equipment (sometimes heavy) and working at heights
- Strong attention to detail and a “let’s get it done” attitude
- Able to lift, climb, and work outdoors in all weather
- Holiday light installation experience is a bonus
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to wear PPE and Gorilla gear
- Safety-first mindset
- Desire to sell company services
- We’ll train the right person
