Responsibilities

As a residential Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Address work orders using 3+ years of residential or hospitality maintenance experience.
  • Perform light carpentry, minor electrical or plumbing repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Proactively address routine maintenance and cleanliness of property, including resident amenities such as pool and clubhouse.
  • Engage with residents in a friendly, efficient manner.
  • Maintain a safety‑first approach, ensuring a safe environment for staff and residents.
Qualifications

Required skills and abilities

  • High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in property management or hospitality.
  • Experience in general building maintenance, painting, light carpentry, electrical or plumbing.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Own tools and a valid driver’s license.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Commitment to safety, integrity, and respect for residents.
Physical Requirements
  • Work hours:

    Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM, with occasional on‑call hours and weekends.
  • Lift up to 25lb frequently; up to 50lb occasionally.
  • Stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed; able to manipulate tools and equipment.
