Senior Maintenance Technician

Strohwig Industries Inc, a precision manufacturer in Richfield, WI, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our large CNC machining, fabrication, and plant equipment running safely and reliably. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and support new equipment installs. You'll partner closely with production and engineering, contribute to root-cause analysis, mentor junior techs, and help maintain a safe, efficient, high-precision manufacturing environment.
