Service Master Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a hands-on Working On Site Supervisor to join our team in Richland, MS! This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and take pride in delivering spotless results for our commercial clients.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial client sites
- Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
- Ensure quality control standards are met on every job by inspecting completed work before leaving the site
- Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding any site‑specific needs, concerns, or special requests
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening or overnight shifts as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the duration of a shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
