Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance repairs as directed by maintenance supervisor/property manager;
Maintain and update work order system ensuring timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues requiring maintenance, repair, or replacement;
Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods) and respond promptly to emergency issues;
Maintain safety and risk management according to local, state, and company rules; participate in after-hours on-call assignments
