Roles

• Demolition
• Drywall repair/finish
• Texture
• Paint
• Tile setting
• Basic plumbing (only to the extent allowed by the person/company’s license)
• Basic electrical (only to the extent allowed by the person/company’s license)
• Decking

• There are inherent risks associated with renovation work. It is critically important that all members of our team make safety a top priority. It is the responsibility of all employees to follow all laws, regulations, company policies, supervisor directions and common sense related to safe operations.

• In order to be effective as an organization communication is critical. it is important that employees stay in communication with their peers and supervisors about the status of their assigned task, their capabilities, concerns they might have, what they need to be effective, areas in which they need clarification, etc.

• Employees have the ability to set their own schedule. For this to work it is critical that we meet the expectations we set for providing appropriate notice of absences and sticking to a consistent schedule.
