Female Locker Room Attendant
Richmond Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and authentic individual for the Female Locker Room Attendant position. This is an entry‑level, full‑time role that requires flexible, team‑focused work in a lively country club setting.

Entry‑Level, 1‑month Contract – December 24, 2025 to January 24, 2026 - Hours:
40 hours per week; hourly pay $20.00 - Location:
Richmond, BC – the facility is located on Number 4 Road and Steveston Hwy. Personal car parking is available. - Start date:
December 24, 2025
- Follow facilities‑maintenance cleaning checklists.
- Communicate locker requests to the Member Services Office.
- Identify maintenance requirements.
- Check and clean the women's washroom.
- Clean and tidy sink areas, shower stalls, and wet areas such as the steam and shower rooms.
- Carpet vacuuming.
- Replenish toiletries, drinking water, and cups.
- Wipe, clean, and arrange furniture in the locker room.
- Disinfect floor tiles, mop the steam room, and maintain Jacuzzi water chemistry.
- Check and refill shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispensers.
- Organize vanity and shoe stations, towel areas, and other locker-room spaces.
- Clean women's washroom in the Pro Shop.
- Process laundry – collect, wash, and handle dirty towels and other items as required.
- Clean dryer lint screen filter.
- Wash bedding and pillow covers in the sleeping area once a week.
- Clean top surfaces of women's lockers.
- Backwash Jacuzzi weekly and clean monthly.
- Vacuum carpet areas and dust locker tops periodically.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Provide service to private members and guests.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Previous hospitality experience valued but not required.
- Comfortable with service orientation and guest interactions.
- Good communication and confident speaking with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety practices.
- Problem‑solving and ability to resolve issues.
- Physical strength – able to bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lb. regularly.
- 40‑hour week availability and commitment.
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility and punctuality with work schedule.
- Upholds high integrity, work ethics, and customer service.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
