Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment
Execute seasonal menus and specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume service
- Passion for culinary innovation and excellence
- Food Safety Certification (e.g., Safe Food Handling
- Must be able to pass a security clearance
