Overview
Topgolf is searching for a Custodian Porter, a key role that ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all players. This position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining high standards in a high-energy venue.
Responsibilities- Maintain clean and sanitary spaces throughout the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and other high‑traffic areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the venue in top condition.
- Empty trash, manage waste disposal, and help maintain cleaning supply inventory.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

- Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork orientation.

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Expected to be on your feet for most of the day.
- Perform a variety of physical tasks and maintain a can‑do attitude.
- Endure a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Up to $14.50/hour, commensurate with prior experience.
