We are working with a manufacturing organization seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast‑paced production environment. This individual will oversee maintenance technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance activities, support equipment reliability initiatives, and help drive safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily maintenance activities and provide direction to maintenance technicians across the facility
- Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance scheduling for plant equipment and production assets
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with maintenance planning, inventory coordination, and equipment performance tracking
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing or industrial operations
- Experience supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability programs
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems within a production environment
- Experience working with maintenance systems, work orders, or CMMS platforms preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
