We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facility maintenance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of building operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Oversee all maintenance operations within the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and facility safety regulations.
• Manage repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and inventory.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.

• Maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
• Experience in healthcare, long‑term care, or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
