Job Overview
This Service Technician position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Essential ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent must stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. The incumbent must push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training, or business meetings.
A flexible work schedule is required, including call duty during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (Applicable to Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (Applicable to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
Hourly range: $14.86 – $21.54.
Additional CompensationCorporate positions may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite property positions may be eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
